About the role
The Senior Technical Lead – Full Stack & AI will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, focusing on full-stack development and the integration of AI-enabled solutions. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js and Next.js, defining application architecture and technical standards, and implementing cloud-based solutions with AWS and GCP. The position also leads the integration of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, works with AI APIs and LLMs, conducts code reviews, mentors developers, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in software development, technical leadership, and hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of software development experience, including a technical leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud environments
- Practical experience implementing AI use cases in software applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design & microservices
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git
- Proven experience mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI/LLM services is highly desirable
