About the role
The Technical Officer role at Finco Technologies involves installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and various IT devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, handling CCTV and printer issues, and replacing parts as needed. The position also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors, as well as conducting preventive maintenance routines and services for desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems. Candidates must have an approved certification or diploma in computer hardware and network fields, and at least one year of relevant work experience. The role is based in multiple locations including Colombo, Kandy, Kurunegala, Batticaloa, Jaffna, and Rathnapura.

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
Nice to have
- Having a motorcycle driving license would be advantageous.
