Graduate Engineering Trainee - IT

About the role

HCLTech Sri Lanka is seeking motivated IT graduates to join as Graduate Engineering Trainees. The role involves participating in technical and functional training programs, providing basic IT support and troubleshooting, assisting teams in Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP operations, monitoring systems, handling user queries, escalating issues, and maintaining documentation. Selected candidates will undergo structured initial training and will be deployed to relevant teams based on performance and business needs. Applicants must have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and must provide an official academic transcript. Good communication and problem-solving skills are required, and candidates should be willing to work in shifts if needed.
