Solutions Architect
About the role
The Solutions Architect - Client Engineering at Bridge BSS Talent will serve as the primary technical owner for assigned customer accounts, focusing on building long-term technical relationships and translating customer requirements into structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). The role involves maintaining customer roadmaps, driving customer-specific demos, and supporting platform adoption and expansion. Key responsibilities include technical account ownership, requirements management, customer roadmap maintenance, demo environment management, and providing commercial and technical support. Candidates should have strong solution architecture and technical design capabilities, excellent documentation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications domain, including BSS/OSS, charging and billing, provisioning, network APIs, and telecom service platforms. Experience with API and integration architecture, fintech and payment ecosystems, and working with enterprise customers is also required. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with onsite or hybrid work modes, and is offered as a full-time contract (extendable). - Strong knowledge of API and integration architecture.
- Understanding of fintech and payment ecosystems.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
