Oracle Fusion Functional - Manager
About the role
The Oracle Fusion Functional Manager at EY will be responsible for leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, specifically in the Financials and/or PPM domains. The role involves conducting business requirement workshops, mapping client requirements to Oracle Fusion functionalities, designing integrated solutions, and supporting users through various project phases. The manager will also prepare project documentation, lead training sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have significant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or PPM, strong consulting and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must have
- 8 - 11 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/E-Business Suite. Candidates with strong expertise in either or both domains will be considered.
- Should have led at least 4 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, with exposure to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Good exposure to integrations, data conversion, and migration activities.
- Experience in solution design, preparation of functional specifications, and driving solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, testing, test case preparation, and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.
- Experience with documentation methodologies such as OUM, AIM, or other industry-standard frameworks.
- Strong customer handling skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to quickly understand and apply complex business processes and requirements.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of release management and deployment processes.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Nice to have
- CA, CMA/CWA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of both Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion PPM domains is desirable but not mandatory.
