About the role
Nvision is seeking a Senior QA Engineer or QA Lead to join their team and lead software quality assurance activities. The role involves guiding QA team members, ensuring software quality, and delivering reliable software solutions, with a focus on Android application testing. Key responsibilities include leading QA efforts, performing manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and API-based applications, and utilizing tools such as Appium, Espresso, and Postman. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in software QA, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test planning, and defect management. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools is considered an advantage.
Must have
- Ability to lead QA activities, guide team members, and ensure software quality
- Hands-on experience in Android application automated testing using tools such as Appium or Espresso
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test planning, and defect management
- Experience in manual and automated testing of Web, Mobile, and API-based applications
- Good knowledge of SQL and API testing tools such as Postman
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools is an advantage
