About the role
Enhanzer is seeking a Digital Content Creator Intern to join their Digital Growth & Marketing team. The intern will be responsible for planning, designing, and producing engaging content for various social media platforms, writing compelling captions, managing the content calendar, and interacting with followers to build the company's online community. Additional duties include supporting digital marketing campaigns, website content updates, basic SEO activities, and leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be pursuing or have completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field. Knowledge of content creation tools and a practical understanding of major social platforms are also required. The role offers practical experience in digital marketing, exposure to SaaS and AI products, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Must have
- Location: Candidates based in or near Negombo are strongly preferred.
- Personality: Outgoing, pleasant, and self-confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Education: Pursuing or completed a qualification in Marketing,
- Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Design & Editing Skills: Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, or similar software.
- Social Media Savvy: Practical understanding of major social platforms and trending formats.
- Mindset: Strong desire to learn digital marketing concepts, test new ideas, and take initiative.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- A personal portfolio, creative blog, or examples of design/video/social media work.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or web analytics tools.
