Assistant Manager – IT
About the role
Kosmo Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager – IT to join their team in Kurunegala. The role involves managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, supporting ERP implementation, overseeing database administration, and ensuring IT security and reliability. The position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in IT project management and infrastructure. The company is a leading Sri Lankan agribusiness group with a diversified portfolio, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations through effective IT management.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT project management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
