About the role

Mindox Techno Pte Ltd is seeking Software Engineers to join their team in Jaffna. The role involves designing, developing, and debugging C#/.NET software for semiconductor equipment, including integration with hardware such as PLCs, robots, and sensors. Responsibilities include testing and validating software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, diagnosing and resolving issues, enhancing existing software, maintaining documentation, and supporting equipment commissioning, which may require travel. Candidates should have a BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with around one year of software development experience, and strong proficiency in C# and .NET. Must have

A BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with approximately one year of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
Exposure to hardware or industrial automation, such as PLCs, robotics, sensors, embedded systems, or device communication.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail, along with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Willingness to work on-site at our Jaffna office and travel overseas when required by projects.
