IT Technician
About the role
The IT Technician will support the day-to-day IT operations of Ninehearts Imaging (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting PC systems, telecommunications platforms, and network infrastructure. The role involves providing first-level technical support for IoT devices, assisting with Azure Entra ID and Office 365 administration, executing patch management, and supporting end-users. Candidates should have a diploma or equivalent qualification in IT or networking, 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable), and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Must have
- Diploma, certificate, or professional qualification in IT, Networking, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure Entra ID administration.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
- Willingness to learn and work with patch management and IoT devices.
- Basic hands-on experience with printers, scanners, or CCTV systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with learn and grow.
