IT & Systems Administrator
About the role
The IT & Systems Administrator at Wood Couture will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, user access, and security in Sri Lanka. The role includes providing remote IT support to international teams across different countries and time zones, handling technical support, troubleshooting, user account management, IT security, and coordinating IT requirements for international offices and projects. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of IT administration experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. The position requires proactive management of day-to-day IT support and effective coordination with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Must have
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT administration, system administration, or IT support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
