About the role

This role is for a Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum methodology to lead and manage projects at CMB ATC, Colombo. The position involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also mentor team members in Scrum practices and provide regular updates to senior management. Candidates should have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of project management experience.
