As a Project Manager at CodeGen, you will lead medium to large-scale software projects, driving high-performance engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions for global travel industry clients. The role involves end-to-end project execution using Agile methodologies, close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, comprehensive planning, risk management, and fostering continuous process improvement. You will also mentor cross-functional teams and help establish streamlined project management processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, several years of experience managing enterprise software projects, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Management).
- 03 – 05 years of experience successfully managing medium to large-scale enterprise software development projects.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and hands-on experience running Agile delivery teams.
- Comfortable working alongside deeply technical teams and understanding the nuances of scalable, distributed, or cloud-native system deliveries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead confidently under pressure.
- Adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving, high-growth technology environment.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
