About the role
Ino Printech (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join their Digital Printing team. The role involves creating and preparing creative designs for customers, including social media, promotional materials, business cards, invitations, flyers, brochures, and other digital printing requirements. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about design, who enjoy working with diverse customer requirements, and are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Must have
- Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Coral draw.
- Understanding of printing processes and artwork preparation is an advantage
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition
- Ability to understand and work according to customer requirements
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced digital printing environment
- Candidates residing in Kurunegala and surrounding areas are preferred
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
