Consultant - Cyber Security
About the role
KPMG Sri Lanka is seeking a Consultant in Cyber Security to join their Technology team. The role involves strengthening the security posture of the firm and its clients across governance, risk, compliance, and security operations. The consultant will work with business leaders and engagement teams on assignments that may extend beyond Sri Lanka, offering regional and international exposure. Key responsibilities include maintaining security policies, monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, supporting technology changes, and delivering security awareness training.
Must have
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in information security and IT management, covering security governance, risk assessment, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, incident response and security operations.
- Recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, with CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CEH or another relevant security certification.
- Experience in an enterprise information security environment, working with multidisciplinary functions such as IT, Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Risk and Finance.
Nice to have
- Professional-services experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
