About the role
Finco Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a growing IT company and part of The Finco Group, is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Executive (Technical Services) to drive their technical department forward. The role involves overseeing and coordinating day-to-day technical operations, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, preparing technical reports and documents, mentoring and training team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing critical technical issues. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and hands-on experience in technical services management or a related leadership role.
Must have
- NVQ Level 4 (Information Technology) equivalent to a Higher National Diploma or first year of a degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repairing and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in technical services management or a related leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
