Senior AI Business Analyst/ Project Manager (IGT1)
About the role
The Senior AI Business Analyst/Project Manager at IGT1 will be embedded within the AI Transformation Team of Ultimo, a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management software. The role involves owning internal AI products and agents from discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption, with a focus on transforming business processes across various departments. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to establish product vision, translating business needs into product requirements, managing the AI product backlog, delivering product increments with technical teams, and supporting the launch and continuous improvement of AI solutions. The position requires strong experience in requirements analysis, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of AI concepts and business processes.
Must have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT & Management, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical decision-making, and a value-driven mindset.
- Experience presenting solutions, facilitating discussions, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
- Good understanding of AI concepts and their practical application in business.
