About the role
ENEXE (PVT) LTD is hiring IT Technicians and IT Executives to support their clients in the digital age. The role involves hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers. Candidates should possess a diploma or certificate in IT hardware or related fields, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, time management, and customer service skills. The position requires willingness to work on call or during irregular hours and a good understanding of computer hardware components. The company operates in Colombo, Jaffna, Anuradhapura, and Ambalangoda regions.
Must have
- Diploma or Certificate in IT Hardware and relevant areas (e.g., NVQ or Vocational Training Institutes).
- Communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Team Work and Collaboration.
- Customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work on call or during irregular hours.
- Knowledge of laptop, desktop and Printer troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in laptop hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, Display, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT maintenance and technical support.
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and their functions
