IT Coordinator
About the role
The IT Coordinator position is based in Malabe and is open exclusively to female candidates under the age of 25. The role requires at least one year of working experience in the finance field, with educational qualifications including O/L credit passes in Math and English and a degree in Finance or IT. Key responsibilities include working with data visualization and reporting tools, data analysis software, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT or TechOps environments and an understanding of the ITIL framework and service management.
Must have
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an IT or TechOps environment.
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service management.
- Ability to ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation certification would be an added advantage.
