Senior Manager – Business Transformation
About the role
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Transformation to lead digital transformation initiatives, manage enterprise applications (with a focus on SAP HANA and SAP applications), and drive business process improvements. The role involves overseeing SAP and non-SAP application implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and supporting business decision-making through data analytics and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on SAP experience, a strong background in business analysis, and a proven track record in digital transformation within operationally intensive industries.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, and enterprise application management.
- Currently working at Senior Manager level or in an equivalent senior management capacity.
- Strong experience in SAP HANA and SAP enterprise applications; SAP HANA experience will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in one or more SAP functional modules, including SD, EWM, LE, MM, FICO, or PP/QM.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and system integration projects.
- Knowledge of non-SAP enterprise applications, such as Salesforce and HR systems, and their integration with SAP.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, solution design, business process optimisation, and problem-solving.
- Exposure to digital transformation, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboarding, and process automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar operationally intensive industry will be an advantage.

Highlights
Candidates residing in or near Horana, or willing to travel to the Horana manufacturing facility, are preferred. The compensation package is LKR 400K - 450K plus other benefits.
