Functional Consultant
About the role
The Functional Consultant at Blue Lotus 360 will play a key role in revolutionizing industries by implementing cloud-based ERP and HRM solutions for clients in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, trading, and services. The role involves analyzing business workflows, configuring system parameters, leading project implementations, conducting quality and user acceptance testing, managing client relationships, and providing user documentation and training. Candidates are expected to have a degree in finance, accounting, or business management, at least two years of relevant work experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with international clients. The company emphasizes innovation, business transformation, and offers opportunities to shape the future of digital business solutions.
Must have
- A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management, with final level completion in a professional body such as CASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication power.
- Proven abilities to evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
- Project Management: Project delivery and monitoring deliverables & timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in test scripts, specifications, and user manuals.
- Ability to work with international clients, including UK hours, with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Office, E-Mail) and work for UK hours (13:00 PM to 22:00 PM).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting UK-based clients or international implementations.
- Experience in supporting UK-Go-Live support and hyper care.
- Proficiency in Blue Lotus products or other leading ERP/HRM solutions.
- Other language proficiency, including Tamil/Sinhala.
- Work experience in accounting functions.
