Executive - Operational Analytics (UK Calendar - UK Shift)
About the role
The Executive - Operational Analytics (UK Calendar - UK Shift) at H Connect International is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves developing process maps, SOPs, workflows, creating dashboards and reports, analyzing operational data, coordinating process improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, supporting project tracking, and communicating findings to business leaders and clients. The position requires a relevant degree and 3-4 years of experience in business analytics or a similar field, with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and process mapping. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with client-facing stakeholders is an added advantage.
