Executive - Business Transformation
About the role
The Executive - Business Transformation role at McLarens Holdings Ltd. is focused on supporting digital transformation initiatives through RPA, automation, application development, and process improvement. The position involves analyzing business processes, designing and deploying RPA solutions, developing AI-powered automation, integrating automation with ERP systems and APIs, and managing cloud-based automation solutions. The role also requires continuous research into emerging technologies and collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver transformation projects. Candidates should have a relevant degree, hands-on experience with RPA platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of RPA and Power Automate/PAD, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Python/scripting, SQL, REST APIs and JSON.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents.
- Knowledge/exposure to chatbots, conversational AI, voice agents and intelligent document processing.
- Basic knowledge of Azure/AWS and cloud-based AI/automation services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and business process analysis skills.
- Strong self-learning mindset, with the ability to research, test and adopt emerging AI, RPA and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
