About the role
Econopack Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading packaging manufacturer in Sri Lanka, is seeking Graphic Designers to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, and modifying artwork for flexographic printing and packaging, preparing print-ready files, ensuring accuracy of artwork, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and production teams. The position also requires maintaining proper file management and documentation, and ensuring timely completion of artwork and amendments. Must have
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably in flexographic printing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant graphic design software.
- Knowledge of colour separation, trapping, overprinting, print layouts, and pre-press requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple jobs, and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
