Management Trainee - Finance Solutions
About the role
H-Connect is seeking a Management Trainee – Finance Solutions to join their team. The role involves assisting senior consultants in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, analyzing accounting and business requirements, supporting workshops, and translating them into functional solutions. The trainee will also support data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities, as well as prepare documentation and collaborate with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated fresh graduate with a basic understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, good English communication, attention to detail, and an interest in ERP systems and process automation. A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, IT, or a related field is required.
Must have

- Motivated fresh graduate with a basic understanding of financial principles (GL, AP, AR, assets, and closing).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good English communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Interest in ERP systems and process automation.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is an added advantage.
- Pursuing CIMA, CA, or CIM will be an added advantage.
