About the role
The Intern – Operations (Smart Infrastructure Solutions) will support day-to-day operational activities, maintain records and reports, monitor and analyze operational data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective workflow. The role involves assisting in identifying and resolving operational issues, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and support decision-making. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in business operations, shipping, clearance, logistics management, and exposure to AI-enabled business processes, with mentorship from experienced professionals in a leading technology solutions company.
Must have
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Regular user of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, reporting, process optimization, and task automation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
