About the role
Office Network (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Printer Repair Technician to join their Technical Service Team. The role involves repairing and maintaining printers at customer locations, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and mechanical issues, installing and configuring printers and multifunction devices, and providing on-site technical support while maintaining service records. Candidates should have good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills, be willing to travel for field service assignments, and meet the specified eligibility criteria. The position is based at Narahenpita Nawala Road.
Must have
- Technical qualification in Electronics, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
- Male Candidates Only
- Below 35 years.
- Experience in printer repair or maintenance is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
