About the role
AIMPOS is seeking a Junior IT Support Executive (Male) to join their support office in Colombo 6. The role involves working closely with team leaders to resolve customer queries and deliver IT support to UK clients, making it suitable for starters or recent graduates interested in the IT industry. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, working different shifts including nights, and being available on weekends and extended shifts. The company offers attractive remuneration packages and night shift allowances.
Must have
- Proficiency in computers, particularly MS Word and Excel, with basic troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including night shifts
- Willingness to work weekends and extended shifts
Nice to have
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil will be an added advantage
