Senior Manager – RCM Operations & Analytics
About the role
The Senior Manager – RCM Operations & Analytics will work closely with the US Senior Management Team to strengthen, improve, and scale business operations. The role involves leading operational teams, analyzing data and KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in operations and people management, preferably within US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and be adept at analytics, process transformation, and stakeholder management. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires working night shifts to align with US business hours.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, Healthcare Management, Analytics or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in operations and people management.
- Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong experience working with KPIs, operational metrics, dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, root-cause analysis and operational problem-solving.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives independently from planning through implementation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges and translate data into practical business solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, influencing and decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at Manager / Senior Manager level is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
- Candidates without RCM experience may be considered if they possess strong experience in operations management, analytics, process improvement and transformation within an established corporate environment.
- Experience working with senior management and international stakeholders is highly desirable.
