Senior Manager Business Process Reengineering
About the role
The Senior Manager Business Process Reengineering will lead end-to-end business process reengineering initiatives for a leading bank in Sri Lanka. The role involves analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to optimize operations and improve business performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, establishing KPIs, leveraging data analytics, and driving change management initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for process documentation, promoting continuous improvement, and providing leadership and mentorship to teams.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar function, with a strong track record of delivering successful transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives to successful completion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of process modeling, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- A strategic mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or other process improvement frameworks will be an added advantage.
