About the role
The Senior Business Analyst – ERP & AI Solutions role is focused on engaging with customers to understand complex business processes, design practical ERP solutions, and leverage AI tools and agents to support and accelerate system implementation. The position involves leading workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business workflows, and working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into implementable solutions. The analyst will also utilize AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis, prototyping, and documentation, and act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams.
Must have
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within ERP or enterprise software environments.
- Strong hands-on understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong solutioning mindset, able to move beyond documenting requirements and actively design solutions.
- Very good practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt/instruction engineering.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements, prototype solutions, or accelerate software delivery.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, APIs, integrations, databases, and system workflows.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
