Business Analyst
About the role
The Business Analyst (Islamic Banking) role involves gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements, with a focus on Islamic Banking concepts and products. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the BA team to clarify requirements and support delivery activities. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining various documentation such as URS, BRD, FRD, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as identifying process gaps and facilitating communication between teams. The role also involves using AI-assisted approaches for requirements analysis and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. The company is seeking candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in banking and Islamic Banking contexts, and strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Must have
- 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Islamic Banking and related functional processes.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to prepare and review URS, BRD, FRD, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation.
- Understanding of FusionX and banking processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements discussions.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted approaches for requirements analysis and URS creation.
- Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Highlights
