Wichy Plantation Company (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to join their team as an IT / Systems Admin Manager or Assistant Manager. The role involves driving technology initiatives, strengthening cybersecurity, and leading digital transformation efforts to support the company's global operations. Key responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure and systems, overseeing cybersecurity and data protection, administering ERP and business systems, working with cloud technologies and Microsoft 365, developing IT strategy, and managing IT operations, projects, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of progressive IT experience, strong technical expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, experience in IT team leadership and systems administration, and a passion for continuous improvement and technology-driven business solutions.
