Finance Intern - Zoho Appications
About the role
P W Holdings is seeking a System Consultant Intern (Finance) to join their team in Colombo, working with Zoho Books and supporting clients in financial management process improvements. The role involves implementing and configuring Zoho Books, managing financial data, setting up accounting workflows, and providing user support. The intern will also use Microsoft Excel for data migration and analysis, prepare reports, test system configurations, and document processes. Candidates should have a background in finance or accountancy, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of accounting principles. The position offers practical experience in financial system implementation and business consulting within a hybrid work environment.
Must have
- Degree or undergraduate qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of Zoho Books or familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and basic financial modelling.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial information.
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly and apply technical guidance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance and technical teams in a hybrid environment.
