Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business and development teams, managing stakeholder communication and ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into functional solutions. Key responsibilities include requirement analysis, documentation, backlog refinement, roadmap formulation, and supporting development teams in requirement clarification. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts, conducting workshops, and participating in scrum ceremonies. Candidates should have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, a good understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, and experience in requirement management. A bachelor's degree in business management or IT and at least three years of relevant experience are required.
