Graphic Designer Cum Online Customer Support Officer
About the role
This remote role combines graphic design and online customer support responsibilities. The position involves designing creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials, as well as handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms. The candidate will provide timely support to customers, maintain records of interactions, assist with online marketing activities, and collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement and brand presence. Applicants should have a diploma or certificate in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and design software. Must have

- Strong design sense and creativity.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service (or a similar role) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or customer support (preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Canva, AI software or similar).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
- Immediate availability or ability to join with a short notice period will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
- Must have reliable high speed internet connection.
