About the role
This remote role combines graphic design and online customer support responsibilities. The position involves designing creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials, as well as handling customer inquiries via online platforms such as WhatsApp and email. The candidate will provide timely and professional support to customers, maintain accurate records of interactions, assist with online marketing activities, and collaborate with the team to improve customer engagement and brand presence. Applicants should have a diploma or certificate in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, strong design sense and creativity, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and design software. Must have

- Strong design sense and creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
- Must have reliable high speed internet connection.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or customer support (preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service (or a similar role) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability or ability to join with a short notice period will be an added advantage.
