Associate Business Analyst

About the role

The Associate Business Analyst at Logistix360 is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and internal teams, preparing business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, and process flows. The role involves translating requirements into user stories for the development team, supporting testing, user acceptance testing, and client onboarding, as well as working with the project team to track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Candidates should have a degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related field, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with documentation, process mapping, or tools like Zoho Sprints, Trello, Draw IO, or Figma is considered a plus. The position is full-time and based on-site in Kelaniya, offering exposure to enterprise logistics projects.
