Solutions Consultant
About the role
The Solutions Consultant will serve as the technical voice of an agentic AI platform, engaging with customers and partners to demonstrate, scope, and deploy solutions across business systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and HRIS. Key responsibilities include running tailored live demos, leading technical discovery sessions, acting as the technical expert in conversations, defining pilot scopes, preparing technical proposals, maintaining demo environments, conducting workshops, capturing requirements, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of relevant presales or technical consulting experience, hands-on solution implementation, and strong knowledge of Azure, APIs, system integration, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, ERP/HRIS platforms, and business processes. Must have
- 4 to 8 years in presales, solutions consulting or technical consulting, with hands-on experience building, configuring or implementing solutions, not only presenting them.
- Solid understanding of Azure, identity and security, APIs and system integration.
- Practical understanding of how LLMs, AI agents and MCP work, and how they connect to business systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and Entra ID, including how applications are deployed and permissioned in a customer tenant.
- Familiarity with ERP or HRIS platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP or NetSuite, and how they are integrated with other systems.
- Understanding of business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, approvals and employee onboarding.
- Experience running demos and technical conversations with decision-makers and customer IT teams.
- Excellent spoken and written English; calm and credible under pressure.
- Learns fast and can ramp up on a deep technical platform.
Nice to have
- Presales or technical consulting experience at a Microsoft Solutions Partner.
- GCC market or client experience.
