Operations Intern
About the role
The Operations Intern will support the company's analytical and operational functions by assisting with demand trend and performance analysis, pricing-related analysis, and preparing analytical reports and dashboards. The role also involves supporting data collection, validation, and interpretation, as well as conducting ad-hoc analysis to aid pricing and demand-related decision-making. Candidates should be undergraduates or recent graduates in fields such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related areas, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The company is a leading tech start-up in Sri Lanka, now a Public Limited Company, focused on innovating mobility tech solutions.
Must have
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Candidates currently pursuing a degree with a strong statistics/analytical component are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
