Business Analyst
About the role
The company is looking for a Business Analyst / Application Support Specialist to support business applications, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting testing and deployment activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, a relevant bachelor's degree, and knowledge of SDLC and business analysis best practices. Experience with Oracle-based applications and enterprise systems is required, and prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector is considered an advantage.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of post-degree experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis best practices.
- Experience working with Oracle-based applications and enterprise systems.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector will be a distinct advantage.
