ORACLE FUSION FUNCTIONAL SENIOR – FINANCIALS / PPM
About the role
This role is for Oracle Fusion Functional Seniors specializing in Financials or PPM to join a team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The position involves leading Oracle ERP implementations, working in client-facing consulting roles, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting various project cycles. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or PPM modules, be able to prepare documentation, and support user training and PMO activities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced finance qualifications are considered an advantage. Applicants are encouraged to send their CVs to the provided email address.
Must have
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/EBS.
- Must have led at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of business requirement gathering and solution design.
- Exposure to integrations, data conversion and migration activities.
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, functional specifications and testing.
- Experience supporting CRP, SIT and UAT cycles.
- Ability to prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, user training and PMO support.
- Knowledge of OUM, AIM or other implementation methodologies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- CA, CMA or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of both Financials and PPM domains is an advantage.
