About the role

This role is for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at a leading software company located in Colombo. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include delivering complex projects, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile, and using project management software tools. Candidates must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of project management experience.

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence Smartsheet, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
