Executive – Operations & MIS
About the role
BIMA (MILVIK) is seeking an Executive – Operations & MIS to manage operational projects, oversee revenue reconciliation, and deliver accurate MIS reporting for its insurance and telemedicine business in Sri Lanka. The role involves end-to-end project management, preparing regular reports and dashboards, supporting operational cycles, and coordinating with technology teams for system changes. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in operations, MIS, reporting, or project coordination, and be proficient in advanced Excel, with skills in SQL or dashboard tools considered an advantage. The position is full-time, permanent, and based on-site in Colombo, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Must have
- 2–4 years' experience in operations, MIS, reporting or project coordination.
- Advanced Excel; SQL or dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI) are an advantage.
- Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Experience in insurance, telecom, fintech or banking is an advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple stakeholders.
