IT Intern
About the role
UPS Sri Lanka is looking for an IT Intern to join their team, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in IT operations, systems support, and troubleshooting. Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (NVQ Level 4 or higher is highly appreciated).
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and networking principles.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of programming, databases, or cybersecurity concepts is an advantage.
