About the role
The Global HR Process & Systems Manager at Variosystems is responsible for leading the development and optimization of global HR processes and the HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves designing efficient and scalable HR processes, implementing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors modules, managing system integrations, and ensuring high standards of documentation, data quality, and user adoption. The manager will also drive change management initiatives, partner with HR leadership, and serve as the main liaison between HR, IT, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in HR systems and process management, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and strong project management and communication skills. Must have
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in HR systems, HR process management, digital HR, or HR transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Learning, and Performance & Goals. Certification in one or more modules is highly desirable. Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it, with company sponsorship provided.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR data, and system integrations across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
- Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive constructive discussions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with SmartRecruiters or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
